The internet and other addictions

Addiction used to mean abuse of subtances such as drug, alcohol etc.
addiction is when you use thing tha affect other parts of your life.

I think anyone who spends 80 hours a week on computer or cell phone use coul be called addict.
It is as easy to get addicted to the internet as it is to get addicted to alcohol or other substances.

people should be more careful using things without control.
