The tipping point

The tipping point was for me one of the most interesting topics that we saw in classes, tipping point is the time at which a change or an effect can not be stopped, for example pregnancy in teenagers will be a tipping point in the Dominican Republic, we can see a lot of girls that are in ages of 14-18 getting pregnant without being ready for having a family or not even knowing how to be a mother, this has become an epidemy not only in our country but also all over the world, one of the factors that is causing this is the fact that some parents dont care about their daugthers education and the girls are not being sexually educated.  It is highly recommended that parents do their best to keep their daughters aware of the situation and make the understand the responsability that a mother has.

Hello, my name is Rafaela Martinez Gonzalez . I´m twenty-nine years old, I´m single and I live with my cousin. UNIT 7, WORKPLACE PRIVACY

Unit 7: WorkPlace Privacy    As you may know in some  jobs you do not have privacy. Employers can usually search an employee's workspace, including their desk office or lockers. It does not sound far at all, but they can do that because they are the owners of everything you are using there. Some employees feel uncomfortable in their job areas because they are being monitoring, but the employer has the right to do it as long as the monitoring is not particulary invasive. Cmeras in bathrooms or in dressing areas are usually not allowed. In conslusion, even if welike it or not employers have the right to monitoring our activities, register the computer we are using, the emal and even the desk because those are their belonges.

Honesty is the best policy

Honesty  refers to a facet of moral character and connotes positive and virtuous attributes such as integrity, truthfulness, straightforwardness, including straightforwardness of conduct, along with the absence of lying, cheating, theft, etc. to being honest i one the best things in a person is life. I like to be honest all the time because when you are honest you are a better person. and people who are not honest always have problems.
