UNIT 2----HUNESTY

Hello guys, I hope everyone is doing well!!!!!!!!!!!
This time `I'm sharing with you all a small comment about plagiarism in our university (UASD)

Have  ever asked your self whether or not students in UASD commit plagiarism?

Well!  Most of us, UASD`s students, know that there are a bunch of students that intend to deceive professors by plagiarizing written works. However these ones who commit plagiarism most of the time could get away with it because the majority of the professors might not have a relentless method to detect plagiarism. Further more, this issue might be trivial for some professors because they don`t even take the time to analyze their students written works. However, students have to be conscious about, they should know that committing plagiarizing just to pass or get good grade in a subject does not help at all in helping them to grow up intellectually, it does the opposite.

So, I invite those students who plagiarize to mull over the situation and ask themselves if plagiarize really worth it.

HELLO

Hello, my name is Rafaela Martinez Gonzalez . I´m twenty-nine years old, I´m single and I live with my cousin. I´m from Don Juan Monte Plata but when I finished High school I moved to Santo Domingo, now I live in Villa Mella. I´m Modern Language (mention English) student,  of the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo. I work in the Dominican Conference of Religious as adjunct secretary. For me is a pleasure to be on this subject, I hope to take advantage of each class and to improve my knowledge. I´d like to say that I appreciate each moment because it means very much for me. I am in the disposition of giving the best of me and receiving the best of each one.

UNITE 4, THE TIPPING POINT

The tipping point in social protests in 2017 There have had many social protects in Dominican Republic Through the years, but social movements in Dominican Republic had their most important antecedents in the 1916th by peasants that fight against the North American Intervention. Another important labor movement was in the sugar industry in the 40th against the Trujillo Dictatorship, and many social movements more, that have generated a sign in the history. The social protest that I want to refer as a tipping point in 2017 in Dominican Republic is the one called La Marcha Verde. La Marcha Verde had its roots at the beginning of these year in Santo Dominto due to the Odebrecht case, a company that belongs to Brasil. The governors involved in this case are Hipolito Mejia, Leonel Fernandez and Danilo Medina. The protest was generated by a group of civil organizations that win thousand of people over the country.

UNIT 7, WORKPLACE PRIVACY

Unit 7: WorkPlace Privacy    As you may know in some  jobs you do not have privacy. Employers can usually search an employee's workspace, including their desk office or lockers. It does not sound far at all, but they can do that because they are the owners of everything you are using there. Some employees feel uncomfortable in their job areas because they are being monitoring, but the employer has the right to do it as long as the monitoring is not particulary invasive. Cmeras in bathrooms or in dressing areas are usually not allowed. In conslusion, even if welike it or not employers have the right to monitoring our activities, register the computer we are using, the emal and even the desk because those are their belonges.
