Unit 6. Spiritual Renewal.

Many People do  differents activities for Spiritual Renewal, such as fast, help Aids patients, help Hong refugees, Made a Groupon of praye,  spending time alone,  so on.

By example in my Family use to do fast and growing number of People by praying  and signing together as way to demostrade to ouer God. 

Also to read the Bible and memorize many book of it in onder to glorificate us and keeping Spiritual discipline.
