Workplace privacy

This was a conversation between my manager Maria Medina, two coworkers and I.

Me: Have you ever felt that someone has invaded your privacy on your workplace? What have you done about it?
Maria: It has happened to me at some time. I found some emails that I hadn't send, at first I couldn't solve this because it wasn't up to me and really it didn't affect so much. Over time this situation was getting worse and I had to talk about it with my managers because this interrupts your creation moments and at the same time it bothers a little bit because you feel like you are being monitored all the time.
Me: So you think there's no benefit at all if your privacy has been violated on your workplace.
Maria: of course not, this is very important in order to be productive. It's your place of creativity, your place of production, where your ideas come out and problems are solved, it's your workspace and it's private.

PD. I only took what Maria Medina said even there were two more people in the conversation, it was in spanish and they didn't know that I was tape recording the conversation, I also omitted the other part of the conversation.

Unit 2: Honesty is the Best Policy hello guys, I appreciate being here sharing this topic with you. Starting with a simple definition of what  plagiarism is? Plagiarism is a common (and often misunderstood) problem that is often the result of a lack of knowledge and skills. Our mission is to support the education community with a comprehensive set of resources to help students write with integrity.  In other words, plagiarism is an act of fraud. It involves both stealing someone else's work and lying about it afterward. have you ever thought words and ideas really be stolen? I thinks yes,  one way pr another someone else can steal your  thought. All of the following are considered plagiarism: turning in someone else's work as your own copying words or ideas from someone else without giving credit failing to put a quotation in quotation marks giving incorrect information about the source of a quotation changing words but co...
